East Devon economy now has a boost that work will start on the new town Cranbrook new town with 2900 homes to be built and would create hundreds of jobs including Sky Park site development predicted to create 7000 jobs.
Forty per cent of the 2900 homes would be affordable with 16 per cent of its energy will come from renewable sources.
The new town Cranbrook in Devon will have its own schools shops and railway station and community centre.

Clyst Honiton early day infastructure will include a by-pass and acess to the proposed new railway station CRANBROOK in DEVON.
A new Devon town Cranbrook is to be constructed in East Devon nearby to Honiton Devon.
Affordable housing being part funded by the government run housing corp will help to construct new homes in Cranbrook New Town and others in nearby Honiton Hawkchurch and Axminster.
The Cranbrook new town is well placed in East Devon with Honiton Town Centre and the main Devon City Centre of Exeter nearby.
