WEDDING AND CELEBRATION CAKES by Lynda Piper.

My first attempts at the art of Sugarcraft began with an evening
class in 1991. From then I became hooked and attended demonstrations, took
part in workshops, undertook further studying and was awarded a City &
Guilds Certificate – 7900 Creative Studies Sugarcraft Skills in 1995 and
the City & Guilds Adult and Further Education Teachers Certificate in
1996. Following this I taught privately and with the Local Authority Adult
Education department for a number of years.

I now concentrate on making Wedding and Celebration cakes for clients in
the East Devon area.
Imagine a wedding cake individually designed for your special day – this
can be based on your own ideas to compliment your wedding theme, or you
can choose a design from my own portfolio, which can then be amended to
suit.

The cakes can be a traditional fruit cake or madeira in a number of
flavours, or a combination of each – you name it and I’ll make it !
