Description: The well equipped converted barns along with the ensuite B&B in the farmhouse opposite enjoy stunning views over our unspoilt rural valley. Smallicombe gives you the best of two worlds, tucked away in a sheltered rural valley yet close to the spectacular Jurassic coast, a World Heritage site, between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. The ensuite B&B in the farmhouse has superbly appointed rooms with breathtaking views. We have a double B&B room, family room and the ground floor Garden suite with its own private lounge. You will be able to enjoy a farmhouse breakfast using our award winning sausages and bacon. Evening meals are also available. The barn conversions are light and airy and sleep two, four, six or eight. We are also available for group hire sleeping a max of 24. The Granary - sleeps 4 + cot The Granary has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The living area is open plan with a breakfast bar separating the living room from the kitchen. The breakfast bar is at the correct height for wheelchair users. The Granary has a wheel in shower room. The Cider Barrel - sleeps 4 + cot The Cider Barrel has two bedrooms, one double with an adjoining bunk bedded room. The main living area is open plan with a breakfast bar separating it from the kitchen. The breakfast bar is at the correct height for wheelchair users. The Cider Barrel has a wheel in shower room. The Hayloft - sleeps 8 + cot The living room is very spacious with large windows providing superb views down the valley. It is divided from the kitchen by a large pine table. There are two doubles and one/two twin bedrooms. One of the double rooms has an ensuite shower. There is a family bathroom and a separate cloakroom. The Garden Flat - sleeps 2 + cot The Garden Flat is a self-contained wing of the farmhouse. There is one bedroom with twin/double linked beds. The cosy living room has a large inglenook and the kitchen has all modern equipment. The bathroom has a bath plus over bath shower. |
